These forms are to be printed, filled out and sent to the address on the Registration Form SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION for campers wanting to attend the Ohio 4-H Shooting Education CAMP 2007, May or may be not be available until after May 30, 2007! Please fill out the registration form and scholarship form and include payment to secure your spot to attend camp. Thank you, we will see you this summer! Please check back from time to time. This Scholarship is for the amount of $70.00 toward the $245.00 cost of camp. they will be First come first serve. Note; if we receive the grant, their will be only 24 scholarships available.
