Volunteer Recognition & Fundraising Banquet

The Ohio 4-H Shooting Sports Program is announcing its eighth annual fundraiser banquet being hosted by the Elizabeth L. Evans Outdoor Education Center owned and operated by Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp, Inc. 1362 Caves Rd. Jackson, Ohio 45640, Saturday, December 8, 2012. The doors open at 5:00pm. You may also request tickets from our website at: www.ohio4hshootingsports.org or by phone 740-286-4058. Funds raised will support the Ohio 4-H Shooting Sports Program. Ticket stub's MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 1^ST,2012.
Ticket prices are as follows:	Single person ticket includes:
Single Ticket $20.00	One door prize ticket, Two bonus prize tickets, Five Regular prize tickets.

	Couples ticket includes:
Couples Tickets $40.00	Two door prize tickets one per person, Four bonus prize tickets two per person, Ten Regular prize tickets five person

	Table ticket include:
Table tickets ten people $200.00	Ten door prize tickets one per person, Four bonus prize tickets per person, Fifteen regular prize tickets per person

Social hour begins at 5:00pm so come early and enjoy the fun and camaraderie with friends from around the state. Enjoy the fundraising games and activities that help to support the Ohio 4-H Shooting Sports Program. There will be a silent auction starting at 6:00pm till TBA, Please bring an auction item if you can, dinner at 7:00pm. Guest speaker (s), Live auction after dinner. Prizes will be drawn throughout the evening program. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be available at 5:00pm till 7:00pm. The dinner’s main entrée will be Prime Rib or chicken. Dress is very casual. Please place your reservations by the deadline date of December 1, 2012. Tickets will be distributed through our State 4-H Shooting Sports Committee. RSVP to me and we will get tickets to you or pickup tickets at the door. If you have any items you wish to donate, please contact me ASAP. Contact information.
